Do you remember being in a high school or University class thinking, "what a classic waste of my time! I'll never use anything I've learned from this class." Well, you're not alone.
They are practicing teaching methods that are 200 hundred years old. Bright minds eagerly go to University with high hopes only to attain a degree that has no use in the real world. Over 82.5% of University or College graduates are not working in jobs or businesses that have anything to do with their education.
The challenge is that traditional education is linear, meaning that it is only designed to teach you one subject at a time and almost 99% of what you learn to earn a degree isn't useful in the real world.
Over 50% of all millionaires DO NOT have a University degree. These successes definitely got an education, but they didn't go the traditional route. Through study and research over the last 20 years, I discovered that some of the greatest education is through experience - but not always your own. The best education is through other peoples experience.
You and I, we learn different. Entrepreneurs, REAL entrepreneurs learn from fast action. You have the ability to take in information at a rapid pace, store the good stuff you need and quickly move on from the useless data. You are someone who probably gets bored quickly as most Entrepreneurs do. This is a GIFT.
You may have heard other people tell you to slow down. Focus on one thing. Stop dreaming so big and settle for average. These people are projecting their own limitations on you. Stay away from them at all costs and trust the dream and vision you have inside of yourself.
At the same time, you must be realistic with where you need work. You must be honest with your limitations and your inadequciies. You must be willing to quit businesses and jobs that no longer serve you. You must be willing to face reality that in some things - you might not be good enough. These truths will allow you to pivot quickly.
Just because you started a business doesn't mean it's a great business or even a great idea. You have to look at results. Data. Facts. The same goes for a career and education. If you have a high level of education in a particular field, it may not be the right education for you. You have to be willing to quit and re-educate if you're not getting results.
This takes courage and honesty backed with faith and confidence.

Meet Sunny Setia
Sunny Setia founded Entrepreneurs Academy in 2014. Sunny is an entrepreneur, thought leader and professional speaker. His businesses are in the real estate, automotive, and education industry. He started his first e-commerce business 20 years ago in the year 2000 and since then has been self employed. Today, Sunny lives in beautiful White Rock British Columbia. He is passionate about the outdoors, spirituality, education and most of all, educating others on how they can build the life of their dreams through personal development and entrepreneurship.
When Sunny isn't working, you can find him riding his skateboard, rollerblading, walking through a forest, or driving one of his classic cars.
Born in Winnipeg in 1981, Sunny has always operated his life as small town kind of guy with big ambition. Through a daily practice of meditation, exercise and journaling, Sunny believes all success first starts in our minds.
After battling a severe stutter for the better half of his life, Sunny learned the ropes of life the hard way. Being ridiculed in school, having major anxiety, and constantly dealing with the tyranny of not being able to speak properly, Sunny is what you call a true "underdog" story.
In 2002 Sunny's father was diagnosed with cancer and Sunny took over his small family run photography business. Sunny supported the family working 7 days a week at the studio. It was there he decided he would never put himself in a situation where his family would in financial jeapordy. A few years later in 2007 Sunny lost his father and in 2011 Sunny would close the doors of a 25 year old family business.
Behind the scenes for the 10 years Sunny was running his family business is where the magic happened. He studied profusely for countless hours, day in and day out, reading books on success, real estate, mindset, psychology and entreprenurship. Sunny begun volunteering at schools, he started an exporting business, bought his first real estate property and his entrepreneurship foundation was beginning to take shape.
In 2014 Sunny had done fairly well from where he had started. He decided that he wanted to pass on some of the lessons he had learned during his life to other people who may be beginning their journeys or struggling with simliar challenges.
Entrepreneurs Academy was born. Here we are today with over 3000 seminar attendees from various cities across North America.
Sunny's mission is to help 1 million people create lives of freedom through Entrepreneurship and Personal Development.
